This 5-module video training program is designed to help you take significant steps toward restarting your body at your own pace. Watch the videos at your convenience and use the tools provided in each module to Restart Your Body.
BOOSTER COACHING: TWO SESSIONS
Schedule two more individual coaching sessions after you've completed a coaching program for a boost. Continue to grow in self-awareness and move toward your life goals.
